Students whose interviews have resulted in a positive outcome are required to submit all required documents in full to the Association’s headquarters. Scholarships of students who fail to submit the required documents within the specified period, or who submit incomplete documentation, will be cancelled. Documents obtained via the e-Government system are considered valid.
The required documents are listed below:
Original Student Certificate (via e-Government)
Original Transcript (for second-year students) (via e-Government)
Copy of National Identity Card
One passport-size photograph taken within the last six months
Original Criminal Record Certificate with a recent issue date (via e-Government)
For married students or students with children, a copy of the Marriage Certificate
Student Curriculum Vitae (CV)
Reference letters obtained from at least two academic staff members at the university (e.g. Academic Advisor, General Secretary, Head of Department, Institute Director, etc.)
Income Status Certificate, if the student and/or spouse is employed
Copy of passbook or account information of a bank account opened at any Participation Bank
Master’s Thesis (to be sent in PDF format to burs@tkbb.org.tr)
If applicable, Faculty Top Graduate Certificate or an official document indicating graduation grade
If applicable, summaries of published articles or similar academic works
If applicable, Foreign University Admission Letter
